FAQ's
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. Cash.
Q. Do I need to supply anything?
A. You will need a low backed chair. Depending on the services you have booked you will likely need to provide access to water and electricity. I will supply everything else.
Q. What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
A. If you are having a perm service, please do NOT shampoo your hair prior to your appointment as I need to use a special pre-perm shampoo. When having a complete change of style or colour it may be useful to supply a picture of the desired look, from a magazine or the Internet for example.
Q. What areas do you cover?
A. I cover Witham, Tiptree and the surrounding villages. Some areas outside of Tiptree may incur an additional cost to cover travel/parking expenses.
Q. What is a skin patch test/ hair sample test?
A. A small amount of colour is applied to your arm usually about 48 hours before your appointment to check for any possible reactions. Sometimes I may need to take a very small sample of hair from the back of your head to test for colour compatibility and other factors. Again this is usually done 48 hours before your appointment.
